I want to praise McDonald’s.

No, hold your horses, supporters of healthy food! Do not throw in your eco-friendly tomatoes!

I am also against harmful fast food.

         It’s not about that.

I’m about the managing the business. What kind of genius you should be come up with the idea of menu with the 5-6 standard meals and slap the big pictures of it on the top of the register.

The visitor in any country in the world can just point the finger on the picture. Also the seller’s actions are simplified to a minimum. All you need to do is press one button on the cash register, and the cook behind them immediately receives a corresponding signal and collects one more hamburger.

        That’s it!

Simple to the level of a monkey or ATM. Seemingly, what else can you think of? Where else can progress and optimization move to?

        But no.

This time in Europe I saw in McDonald’s a new toy: an automatic machine for orders. You approach it, tap on the name of the meal you need, insert a credit card, pay for it and that’s it. All that is left to do is to approach the worker and pick up your order. That is, you do not even need to talk with the cashier.

It seems to me, only what’s left is to chew the hamburger and put it in your mouth. Everything else has already been done! )))
