Last night, walking along the busy embankment, I heard Chinese, Turkish, English, French, Arabic speech.
It pleased me.
A large number of foreigners in our country attests to our openness and attractiveness. So it is safe, interesting and finally, profitable in our country.
And their stay here is beneficial to our state, as progress is made only in an open society, all the best in technology, science, culture, politics flows from country to country and is adopted by open societies.
Only dictatorships are afraid of openness and close their countries with the “iron curtain”. They do not want their citizens to know their lives in comparison, because the comparison will not be in their favor.
