On the eve of Christmas and New Year, I often hear from the newly minted Muslims (that is, those who have recently become so) calls not to celebrate these holidays, to boycott them.

It is sad to hear this.

I understand that these people are going through the stage of spiritual development, so called, experiencing childhood growth sickness. Otherwise, it is impossible to explain this jealousy and aggressiveness.

A truly spiritual person will not ask such calls. He will rejoice with all his heart for his fellow-brothers who preach another religion, will congratulate them and celebrate with them.

Therefore, being an atheist, I wholeheartedly congratulate Catholics with Christmas and other holidays, I congratulate Muslims with Kurban Ait and other their holidays and so on!

I wish peace and prosperity in our common house – Kazakhstan!
